The Racial Healing + Justice Fund was formed to invest in healing community trauma and changing the conditions that reinforce systemic racism. For the Fund to be community designed, Forward Through Ferguson embarked on a wide-ranging engagement process across the Spring and Summer of 2020 with residents, community healers, and community organizers. To inspire and inform audiences of the history of the design process,

I created a series of infographics to illustrate the pathways and impact of community involvement for the fund. These graphics were shared in 2020 with Community Governance Board members & prospective grantees, and they now live on FTF’s webpage on the history of the fund & community design process.
